Our aim is to establish an efficient and effective grass roots supply chain for 21st century technology goods that have high social benefits for the poor; starting with lighting products. 

At the production level, Barefoot Power designs and develops its products in Australia.  We then work with manufactures in China to have these products mass produced.  In its warehouse, Barefoot Power consolidates components from 18 suppliers.  The components are assembled into products and comprehensive quality testing in undertaken before the products leave China.

At the distribution level, Barefoot Power provides assistance with business plan development and financing on all levels of the supply chain.  We have assisted in attracting financing for importation partners from international fund providers and facilitated financing for small scale entrepreneurs from Microfinance Institutions.
